Arif has been in the business for over 18 years, and he is one of the area's top stylists. He started his career at Northern Westchester Cosmetology Academy, and then worked at two of the top salons in Dutchess County before opening Salon Arjé in 2005. He also furthered his development by attending educational seminars with leading hair companies such as L'Oreal Soho Academy in NYC, Redken 5th Avenue, Paul Mitchell, Wella Studio and Vidal Sassoon in NYC.

Arif has also done education work with some of the leading hair care companies, such as Rusk, Graham Webb and Joico. These companies have not only been the leading hair care companies for the last decade, but they also start most of the trends you see today. His educational background has given Arif a unique perspective of the hair care industry. He specializes in fusing color and precise cutting to create the best look for everyone.

Ashley started her career at the Capri Institute of Cosmetology in Paramus, NJ. After graduating, she was looking to continue her studies in all aspects of hair through various schools of education, such as The Matrix Academy and L'Oreal Institute in Soho, NY and Accademia - Fundamentals of Cutting and Design in Union, NJ. Through this, she has attained knowledge of many hair types and textures. Ashley prides herself on her level of knowledge pertaining to hair and always strives for perfection through continued education. Ashley's greatest joy is making people feel beautiful through her art.

Ryan Leoni

Ryan is a second-generation hairstylist. He started in the hair industry at the age of 15 by working in his family's salon. Since then, Ryan has worked in salons throughout Westchester and Dutchess counties, learning many different aspects of hair cutting, coloring and styling. Ryan feels that, in this ever-changing industry, it is very important to stay on top of the latest styles, trends and techniques. Therefore, Ryan takes pride in always continuing to hone his skills through ongoing education.

Bella Lacerda

Bella attended Carsten Aveda Institute for Cosmetology in NYC. After she graduated from Carsten, she had the great pleasure to apprentice in the city for two years with industry-renowned hairstylist Christopher Naselli. She had the opportunity to watch and learn the art of hair styling and coloring via the Vidal Sassoon technique. Bella has had much experience with curly hair since her roots are Brazilian, and she has a great understanding of multicultural hair. Bella has been taming her own "mane" since she could hold a hair dryer herself. She also enjoys creating new and trendy looks that not only keep her clients fresh and up to date, but also conform to her clients' everyday life. Bella's bright smile and upbeat attitude will make you feel relaxed and comfortable while she also creates the best look for you.

Samantha Okeefe

Samantha has loved the art of hair styling since growing up and spending a lot of time in her aunt's salon. Starting her education while still in high school through BOCES, she was ready to begin her career soon after. It began on Eastern Long Island at age 15 as a receptionist working her way up to a high-end salon in the Hamptons as senior stylist. Working with a variety of different people from a young age has made her very sociable and educated on several hair types. She recently came to the Hudson Valley for a change, eager to further her education and share her love for the art. So come see her for your own change, whether it be a new cut, highlights for the summer or an entirely new look just because!
